About International Shipping and Global-e

When you place an international order, your transaction will be with Global-e, a global e-commerce provider, but Justice is happy to help you!

Global-e allows us to display our prices in your currency, provides you with the cost of duties & taxes, and displays your final total during checkout. Global-e also provides you with a fast, reliable shipping network.

Our site will detect the country your located in and will display the corresponding currency and country flag.

If you'd like to ship to a different country, click on the flag and select the country to which you want to ship and the corresponding currency.If you’re shopping from the U.S. and wish to ship your order to an international shipping address, select your destination, and select “u.s. dollar” as your currency. You’ll then see an estimated order total in your shopping bag, which you may pay with a U.S. credit card with a U.S. billing address.

If you’re shopping from an international location and wish to ship your order to the U.S., you may shop on our U.S. site, but you must pay with a U.S. credit card with a U.S. billing address.

We’re sorry, but the Justice “my account” sign up feature is not available for international shoppers at this time.

If you have a ShopJustice.com account or are a member of Club Justice, you won’t be able to use your account, perks, or promos when shipping outside the U.S. You’ll be signed out of your account at checkout and taken to Global-e to complete your international order.

Order status and tracking

After placing your order, you’ll receive the following emails as your Justice products make their journey:
– Order Received
– Order Confirmation (with an order number)
– Order is On Its Way
– Shipping Confirmation (with linking to carrier and tracking info)

Currency Exchange Rates

Your order total is guaranteed at the exchange rate set when your order is placed. Foreign exchange rates are determined by Global-e and are based on interbank rates of exchange. Global-e updates currency exchange rates daily.

Currently, Global-e supports billing in more than 100+, with more being added on an ongoing basis. Once you confirm your preferences, you will be able to see products priced in your selected currency.

Duties & Taxes

All duties and taxes will be included in your final order subtotal during checkout. During checkout, you may have the option to pay these required charges upfront or at the time of delivery.

If you choose to pay the charges at checkout, the order total is guaranteed by Global-e and you are not required to pay any additional fees at the time of order delivery.

Some international destinations have the option to pay duties and taxes at the time of order delivery. If you select this option, you will be required to pay duties and taxes, along with any collection fees, to the shipping carrier upon receipt. The order total cannot be guaranteed and may differ from what is estimated online at checkout with Global-e. If the due charges are not paid at the time of delivery, the merchandise will be returned to Justice and you will not be refunded any of the shipping charges. The return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If the due charges are not paid at the time of delivery or if an order is refused for any reason, the merchandise may be deemed abandoned and any refund will be forfeited. If the merchandise is received back at Justice, you may be entitled to a refund less any outgoing and return shipping charges.

Payment Methods

Currently, Global-e supports Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, American Express, JCB, Alipay, Interac Online, UnionPay (credit cards), iDeal, Sofort Banking, SafetyPay, Qiwi, Diners Club International, Discover, POLi, and Cartes Bancaires.

Please note that payment methods vary according to your country.

Price Adjustments

Price adjustments cannot be made on orders shipping outside the U.S.

Privacy Policy

When you transact with Global-e to purchase Justice products, you will be subject to Global-e’s privacy policy. If you are presented with an option to opt-in to Justice’s marketing communications, by opting in, you will be subject as well to the Justice privacy policy.

Purchase Ineligibility

Due to shipping restrictions, there are items that may not be available for purchase on orders shipping internationally. You will be notified to remove those items from the cart prior to proceeding to Global-e’s checkout process.

If for some reason there are items that cannot be shipped internationally from the United States or imported into your selected shipping country, Global-e will notify you during the checkout process.

Canceling or Changing Your Order

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care team at (855) 655-2514 as soon as you identify the need. We cannot guarantee that we or Globla-e will be able to process your change or cancellation, as there is a very short opportunity to do so, but if the opportunity remains, we will endeavor to assist you.

Shipping Options

You will be quoted a delivery timeframe at checkout that is based on your selected destination country and the shipping methods available for the items in your shopping cart.

International customers may ship to multiple addresses by placing a separate order for each shipping address. Global-e can't ship single international orders to multiple addresses at this time.

There are some Justice items that are unavailable for international shipping. If you have ineligible items in your cart, you will be notified to remove them before you can proceed through the checkout process.

Your credit card will be billed by Global-e when your international order is shipped. Your credit card will be billed by Global-e and your credit card statement will read “Global-e” or “Global-e Justice”.

Orders shipping to military addresses should go through our U.S. checkout process, as they are not subject to the same costs and logistics flows as our other non-U.S. orders. To do this, shop as if shipping to an address within the United States.

Shipping Timelines

Once your transaction is complete, Justice will ship your item to the Global-e shipping hub in the United States. Global-e then ships your order to its final international destination.

Delivery times vary depending the shipping address on the order and shipping option you’ve chosen. At checkout, you will see an estimated delivery timeframe for each available shipping option before you submit your order.

International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors: the desired shipping speed, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country. International shipping will be calculated and guaranteed during the Global-e checkout process and will be based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.

International packages may be subject to additional customs clearances, Justice is not responible for any additional delays caused by local clearances.

Return Policy

Global-e will accept returns of unwashed, unworn, or defective Justice merchandise purchased from Global-e if you request a Return Merchandise Authorization Form within 45 days of the original purchase date, regardless of the shipping or receipt date. Refunds will be provided by Global-e in the manner in which the original purchase was made, less charges for (a) original shipping and handling fees and (b) return shipping and handling fees. Orders shipped internationally are not eligible for free returns or merchandise exchanges.

If you selected to pay duties and taxes at time of delivery (COD), you will not be credited for original duties and taxes paid. If you paid the duties and taxes at checkout, you will be refunded the duties and taxes you paid.

In order to initiate your return, please visit the Global-e returns portal to print a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and a return shipping label. Adhere the label to the outside of the package and include the completed form with your item(s) inside the package when you send it to Global-e. Global-e will credit your account when it receives the RMA form and merchandise. You will also receive an email to confirm that the return has been completed.

Note: The return shipping label must be used within 45 days of its issuance or it will become invalid, and a new return request will be required.

If you choose to return international orders directly to Justice, you will receive a refund for the merchandise from Global-e, but you won’t receive refunds on any duties, taxes or tariffs paid. If you have any problems with your order, please contact Global-e or Justice to resolve the issue. Returns of international orders will not be accepted in any Justice stores.
